This dealer went out of his way to fix our generator when he was under no obligation to do so. He made a special trip to our home to find the problem and once he discovered the problem he worked promptly and diligently to get our generator working again. This dealer is honest, dependable, he shows up on time, and he gets the job done quickly and efficiently. You can't find any dealer better than Common Ground in my opinion and they have all of our business from now on.

Common Ground was one of 5 names I was given to fix my generator. Not only did Jack answer when I called but he continued to stay in touch with me every step of the way until my generator was fixed. He spoke to Generac on my behalf and explained everything to me that needed to be done. He even worked outside in zero weather in the dark to finish so I would have peace of mind in a working generator. I recommend Common Ground 110%.
